Lipbrowking Online Deposit Policy
At Lipbrowking, we value your time and ours. To secure your appointment and ensure a smooth scheduling process, we require a deposit at the time of booking. Please review our deposit policy below:

Deposit Requirement
• A 25% deposit of the total service cost is required to confirm your appointment.
• This deposit will be applied toward your final service balance.
• All deposits are non-refundable.

Self-Rescheduling
• Clients may reschedule their appointments directly through our online booking portal.
• You may reschedule without penalty if done more than 72 hours in advance of your appointment.

Late Rescheduling & Cancellations
• If you reschedule or cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Appointment Confirmation
• Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit is received.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a link to manage your booking through the online portal.

Card Capture Policy
To protect our time and reduce no-shows, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. This card will be securely stored and only charged under the following circumstances:

No-Show Policy
• If you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged the remaining service balance. No Exceptions.

Late Arrival Policy
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
• Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be considered a no-show and will be the remaining service balance. No Exceptions.

Cover-Up / Re-Work Policy
• Any cover-up or re-work appointments require a mandatory consultation prior to booking.
• This ensures we can assess your previous work and determine the appropriate course of action for the best results.
